Delete your Chrysalis AI account

How to delete your account and your child’s data, and what happens when you do.

This page is for the Chrysalis AI mobile app, developed by EZ Vidya Pvt Ltd (Chrysalis). Parents can delete their account and all associated child data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Chrysalis AI app and sign in to the parent account.
  2. Go to Parents’ area → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can’t get into the app?

Email us from the address registered on the account and ask for your account to be deleted: hello@chrysalis.world.

Please include the parent’s name and the email address used to register, so we can find the account. We will resolve your request promptly.

What is deleted

  • The parent profile
  • Every child profile on the account
  • Learning history
  • Subscription state

These are removed from our active systems.

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Backup or archival copies. Some data may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes, for the period specified by applicable law (see clause 9 of our Privacy Policy).
  • Purchase records held by Apple or Google. Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not hold payment card details, and Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own terms.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either.
